Florencia Manns Fuenzalida has a degree in psychology from the Universidad Diego Portales, Chile (UDP), a Master in Drug Addiction from the Institute of Continuing Education (IL3) of the University of Barcelona (UB), a University Expert in Drug Addiction Prevention (Universal Prevention Curriculum-UPC) from the University of the Balearic Islands (UIB) and a postgraduate degree in "Drugs in Europe: Supply, demand and Public Policies-2020/2021: Responses to Health-related threats" and "Drugs in Europe: Supply, demand and Public Policies-2021/2022: Community-Based Interventions for Drug-Related issues" by ISCTE - Instituto Universitário de Lisboa. She has specialised in the field of drug use prevention from the risk and harm reduction paradigm, where she mainly develops her profession. Currently, she is the coordinator of the project En Plenas Facultades, a programme for the prevention of risky behaviour in the university population of Health and Community Foundation and collaborates with the Observatorio Noctámbul@s of the same organisation, for the research and prevention of sexual violence in festive environments.
