Sabrina Levissianos is an Associate Drug Control Officer at the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC) where she works for the Global Synthetics Monitoring: Analyses, Reporting and Trends (SMART) Programme. The Global SMART Programme aims at improving the understanding of illicit synthetic drugs and new psychoactive substances globally. She has been serving the United Nations since 2011, contributing substantially to research products such as the Global Synthetic Drugs Assessment 2020 and she is actively involved in the development of the UNODC Early Warning Advisory on NPS. A national of Austria, Ms. Levissianos obtained a Master of Economics and International Development from the University of Bath, United Kingdom.
