Being in motion, music and dance are pivotal elements in my life. They are my passion and my source of inspiration. I engage extensively in any activity that unites body and mind with the goal to establish inner harmony and a healthy dialogue between the two. Based on my experience as a qigong, yoga, meditation and sports teacher, I put together movements that help directing awareness into the body and thereby calm the mind. I learn the most about movement & mindfulness on my daily walks in the fresh air, while practicing the piano or any training where music & movement is combined. And, I see life as a matter of perceiving, embracing, experiencing and to notice the wealth in the moment, in the ordinary.
