Jonathan Deleener is part of the communications team at VAD, the Flemish centre of expertise dealing with the prevention and care of problems related to the use of alcohol and other drugs. As such, he is involved with the development and dissemination of online tools, social media strategies and print materials aimed at prevention, early intervention and care. In 2017, he helped launch the campaign Tournée Minérale. This is the Belgian variant of Dry January, a campaign that invites people to not drink alcohol for an entire month. The campaign was an unprecedented succes, with approximately one in five Belgian adults participating every year.
